" An extended two double bedroom, two reception room detached bungalow, situated in a convenient location within easy level walking distance of New Milton town centre. The property sits on a good sized mature plot with a sunny south westerly facing rear aspect and other features include a large sitting room, a good sized kitchen/breakfast room, a large master bedroom suite and no forward chain.


The bungalow has a useful large entrance porch with a UPVC double glazed front door and low level storage. The entrance hall has the trap to the roof space, an airing cupboard and a cloaks cupboard. The spacious sitting room benefits from a double aspect and a timber fire surround with a stone backing and hearth and an inset living flame gas fire. Small pane glazed double doors lead through to the separate dining room which has UPVC double glazed sliding patio doors and a lovely outlook over the rear garden.
