" An incredibly spacious and very sunny three double bedroom detached bungalow, situated in a quiet residential road only half a mile level walk from New Milton town centre and mainline railway connections. The bungalow has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment and extension programme and is now presented in outstanding condition. A particular feature of the property is the exceptionally large kitchen/dining room across the back of the rear of the property with bi-fold doors onto the west facing garden.



The bungalow was originally built in the 1950โ€˜s to traditional standards but has recently undergone a large extension and refurbishment programme. It has been completely re-roofed with a pitched roof and a four meter extension on the rear. The property has also been completely re-wired and had an unvented heating system fitted and has been re-plumbed with new radiators in all rooms. The entrance hall is a large space with excellent storage, a large feature radiator, spotlights and a large loft hatch accessing the expansive loft space.
