" The property has a good sized entrance hall accessed via a UPVC double glazed front door. The sitting room has a Purbeck stone fireplace, an open fire and an attractive double glazed bay window. The separate dining room is a good size and has an adjoining kitchen with a range of white wall and base units with marble effect worktops and a lovely outlook to the rear. These two rooms could be knocked together to create a very spacious kitchen/dining room, if required. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom having a feature bay window. The shower room is fully tiled and comprises of a corner shower cubicle, a wash basin and a WC.

The property sits on a good sized plot with an in-out driveway to the front with the remainder laid mainly to shingle for ease of maintenance. The driveway extends along the side of the bungalow and leads to the attached single garage which has an up and over door and a personal door through to the rear garden.
