" Vendor suited! This three bedroom semi detached bungalow is deceptively spacious and must be viewed to fully appreciate the accommodation it offers! It is conveniently situated within close proximity to Ferndown town centre.

The property offers off road parking on the driveway allowing for 2-3 cars, the driveway leads up to an attached single garage with power and side door access.

An integral entrance storm porch invites us into the hallway of the property.
The living room is of a good size, allowing for a dining table and chairs, the focal points to the room being the cosy electric fire and garden outlook. There are double doors opening out into a sunroom, providing a pleasant view of the rear garden.

The kitchen is also posited to the rear of the bungalow, offering views out to the garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of floor and wall mounted units, integrated stainless steel electric oven, there is ample room for a breakfast table in the centre of the room.

The master bedroom is situated to the front of the bungalow, one wall is fitted with wardrobes. There is a private en-suite shower room.
