" Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is very pleased to be offering this immaculate 3 bedroomed terraced property for rent.

Situated on Thomas St, Colne, this house is in a quiet and pleasant, location. Colne Town Centre is just a few minutes up the road by car or bus.

The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard, and includes new floorcovering throughout. The whole house has been re-decorated in pleasant neutral colours. There are brand new UPVC doors on at the front and rear, the kitchen and bathroom are of an excellent standard and there is a nice clean back yard at the rear (with new gate).

Entering the house through the front door, you enter the spacious lounge (4.4m x 3.9m). This is a bright and airy room with lots of space for plenty of furniture.

The Kitchen/Diner (4.4m x 4m) is at the back of the house, and as you can see from the pictures, is to an excellent standard. There are lots of cupboards, a built in Oven, Gas Hob & Extractor, alll nicely finished off with a high gloss granite effect worktop. There is a good sized stainless steel sink in front of the window that overlooks the back yard.
