" FULL DESCRIPTION Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is very please to be offering for rent yet another superb, semi-detached property in a nice, popular location and within easy reach of the town centre, good schools and transport links.

Entering the property by the front door and into the vestibule which leads into a spacious hallway reception area, the front room is off to the left.

This Front Reception Room is a good sized room with wood-effect laminate flooring, a large window looking out over the front garden, and a feature fireplace with gas fire.

The next room along the hallway, and to the right is the Family Bathroom, comprising a WC, wash basin, and a fitted bath with shower over.

At the end of the hallway is the fully fitted kitchen which has loads of cupboard space, a fitted cooker - oven, hob and extractor, a tiled floor and tiled splash backs.

Beyond the kitchen is a large Utility Room

(Which could be used as the dining room if you wanted. This would free up the dining room to be used as an additional Living Room??)
