This is a four bedroom detached property, CHAIN FREE and MUST BE VIEWED. There are open views to the rear and a large conservatory, converted garage into a play room, master bedroom with en suite, a further three bedrooms, fitted kitchen, two reception rooms to include a dining room and a lounge to the rear. Location

The property is located in Lower Darwen within a residential area having open views to the rear. There are local schools in the area and there are bus routes. Further access is available to the M65 motorway.

Our View

Entrance is gained through a double glazed front door leading into the entrance hallway having access to a downstairs WC with a wash hand basin and stairs up to the first floor landing. On the ground floor, the garage has been converted and now has a double glazed window, radiator and is currently used as a large play room. The dining room has a double glazed window to the front and radiator. The lounge is to the rear and has double glazed sliding patio doors to the rear, television aerial point, telephone point and a radiator. The kitchen is also located to the rear having a range of wall and base units, double glazed side door and rear window, radiator, contrasting work tops, one and bowl sink unit with mixer tap and tiled splashbacks. To the rear, there is also a large conservatory with double doors leading out onto the rear garden and views over the local area. On the first floor, the master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and access to an en suite shower with a low level WC, wash hand basin, double glazed window to the front and a heated towel rail. There are a further three bedrooms all having a double glazed window and a radiator. The bathroom is located to the side and has a three piece white suite with a low level WC, pedestal wash hand basin, panelled bath, a double glazed window, hot water cylinder and storage. Externally there is parking to the front for a number of vehicles along with a small lawn area. To the rear there is astro turf, paved patio area and some mature shrubs with fenced boundaries.
