So, more about the house itself.....

It's a nicely presented, garden fronted mid-terraced property, with attractive golden oak framed double glazing. The garde has a few nice plants and it's fair to say that first impressions are good!

Entering through the front door, there is a vestibule which leads into the front part of a huge through lounge.

The Family Bathroom is situated in the middle of the house, about half way along the landing.
