" Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is very pleased to be offering for rent this nice, spacious 2 bed, garden fronted, mid-terraced property in the Mill Hill Area - a very popular part of Blackburn.

And as everyone knows we only do nice properties, they tend to go pretty quickly - this will go soon too!!!

Situated at the lower end of Shorrock Lane, close to the junction of Brothers Street, this pleasant garden fronted property has many excellent features as well as nice neighbours.

Entering the property through the front door which leads into a vestibule before the hallway.

To the right is the front reception room which is a good sized light and airy room with a feature hearth, and the windows benefit from private views over the front garden.

The rear reception room is accessed from the hallway. This room is even bigger than the front lounge and benefits from neutral décor, a built in storage cupboard under the stairs and a nice good sized bay window that looks out into a clean tidy rear yard.

The kitchen (kitchen extension) is at the back of the house and is accessed through an adjoining doorway from the back lounge.
As you can see from the pictures its a pleasant tidy kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and includes some appliances - as seen in the pictures. There's space under the worktop for a washing machine which has a power point and the appropriate plumbing already in place.

Upstairs....

The stairs to the first floor are in the hallway.
At the top of the stairs is a decent landing. The Master Bedroom is off to the right at the front of the house. This is a very big bedroom - very typical of these good quality terraced properties.

The second bedroom is across the landing at the back of the house - this is a single bedroom.

The Family Bathroom is just down along the landing, also at the back of the house, and comprised of a fitted bath with shower over, a WC and washbasin. and the walls are partially tiled.
