" This elevated semi detached bungalow is believed to have been built in the late 1960?+?s by Beazer Homes.

It has the benefit of well proportioned accommodation which although well maintained has the potential for some updating. It features a good size sitting room to the front with views over the city and has the addition of a garage, parking and gardens to both front and rear.
