" An extended and well presented semi detached home just off the ever popular Nunney Road, Frome. The property benefits from gas central heating, PVCu double glazing, gardens front and rear and a garage. The accommodation consists of a storm porch to the front. The entrance hall has stairs leading to the first floor with understair cupboard which houses the central heating boiler and has a window to the side. The sitting room has a bay window to the front and a fireplace fitted with a gas fire with wood surround. The huge 21 foot dining room has a window to the rear and door to the garden.  The kitchen has a window to the side and a range of oak fronted wall and base units with roll top work surfaces over and in-set composite sink unit.  Built in Hotpoint electric oven with gas hob and cooker hood over.  Integrated dishwasher, space and plumbing for a washing machine and space for a fridge.  There is an outbuilding currently fitted with a sink unit, some base units and space for a tumble dryer.  On the first floor the landing has a window to the side elevation.  There are three bedrooms, bedroom one has a bay window to the front elevation and bedrooms two and three have window to the rear, with bedroom three housing the airing cupboard.  The fully tiled bathroom has an obscure window to the front elevation and a panelled bath, wash hand basin and W.C.   Externally the front garden is lawned with borders filled with shrubs and has a gravelled parking area.  The rear garden is split into two sections, the first part is lawned and the reminder is used as a very productive vegetable garden.  It is fully enclosed with a gate to the side.  The garage has an up and over door and power.
