" Batheaston is located 2 miles east of Bath on the North bank of the River Avon. It offers great access into Bath along the A36 bypass or you can access the city by the Limestone Link footbath. It also offers access to the surrounding towns of Bradford-on-Avon and Chippenham as well as the M4. The property is located within an original Georgian building that has been divided into luxury apartments. The apartments share a communal garden which over looks the river Avon and has its own private car park. Two allocated parking spaces. On entering the property you have two downstairs bedrooms, one is a double and one a single. The double has a bed, two bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. The single room has a writing desk and wardrobe. There is also a family bathroom, with shower over the bath. The kitchen is located through the hallway and offers space for cooking and dining. There is a range of base and wall units with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and cooker, hob and extractor. There are table and chairs for seven and the room also offers storage along the back wall.
