" Eastbourne Avenue is an excellent location between Camden and Larkhall. It is well placed for a wide variety of local amenities including independent shops, caf?s, public houses, The Rondo Theatre, pharmacists, deli and supermarket. Bath city centre is within 1 mile walk and there is a selection of highly regarded schools in the area, including St Stephen‘s CofE and St. Saviours Primary Schools, The Royal High and Kingwood Senior Schools. The centre of Bath itself offers an array of cultural and leisure amenities. The property is approximately 10 miles from junction 18 of the M4 and high speed train services are available from Bath Spa station to London Paddington, (approximately 90 minutes).
