" This quaint two bedroom semi-detached house is on a quiet avenue in the area of Hockley in Tamworth. There are three schools in the immediate area and the property is sat just around the corner from Hockley Park. There is great access to the M42 Motorway and just a half hour drive into the centre of Birmingham.
The property comprises of a good sized living room which leads through to a kitchen/diner overlooking the large rear garden. There is one double bedroom and one single bedroom, along with a family bathroom.

A glass panel Double Glazed front door opens up into the entrance hall. There is a radiator within the entrance hall, as well as the entrance to a good sized living room, and stairs leading up to the upper floor.
