This beautifully presented family home is conveniently located for the Dyce and Bridge of Don industrial estates, Aberdeen Airport, excellent schools and recreational facilities all close by.

The property also boasts a three car driveway that sits in front of the private garage for the property and a large garden area to the back of the property. 

LOUNGE The property is home to a large lounge and dining area fit for entertaining any number of guests. There is a circular dining table that sits in front of the traditional bar in the corner of the room. The centre of the lounge has a coffee table surround by two leather arm chairs and a two seater sofa that fits perfectly with the overall vibe of the lounge. 

KITCHEN The kitchen has white cupboard doors with red handles which is brought out by the red kitchen appliances that have already been supplied in the property. There is also a two seater breakfast bar for that additional dining opportunities.
