" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION New to the sales market is this wonderfully spacious two bedroomed terrace property located just minutes from Huddersfield Royal Infirmary. The property is situated within easy reach of local amenities, commuter routes, local schools and has excellent links to the M62. The property is also a very short walk to Lindley Village centre where a wealth of amenities can be found such as Pubs, Restaurants, a Library and a range of Shops.

The road is almost entirely permit parking which ensures there is plenty of residential parking available.

Although the property would benefit from some modernisation it has a great deal of potential as the neighbouring property has extended into the loft and a similar space is available in 42.

The property is a back to back so as such it is entered from the front across a low maintenance garden and then into an entrance hall which in tern leads to the living room, kitchen and stairs to the first floor.

The living room is an excellent size with ample room from a three piece suit and additional furniture. There is currently a gas fire fitted and once modernised could make a nice focal point for the room. A large window allows for ample natural light.

The kitchen is located to the opposite side of the house. Although fitted with a relatively modern selection of wall and base units with a pine effect finish this space is large enough to make more of what available. There would be space for a small dining table or a breakfast bar. to the back of the kitchen is access to the cellar where there is additional storage available.

Moving upstairs a landing connects both bedrooms and the bathroom.

The master bedroom is currently a very large room. At almost 20sqm this room has space enough for any bedroom furniture but it also hold potential to create a third bedroom.

The second bedroom is at the other side of the house. Again this is a very spacious room allowing for plenty of furniture. A large window makes this very bright room.

The bathroom is located in the centre of the house. The three piece bath suit fits easily in the space and a reconfiguration could allow space for a separate shower unit. Again a large window really brightens the room.

This property really does warrant further inspection as it would not take much to really maximise the potential. Call Martin & Co Huddersfield on 01484 453935 for further information or to book a viewing...
