" This very spacious and well-presented split-level flat has lots of character and offers many appealing features that capture your attention, which includes vaulted ceilings, feature fireplaces and great views through the re-fitted double glazed windows. It also offers use of the lovely communal, brick walled gardens at the rear, accessed from the side gate which has a security code. The property is located on the top floor of an attractive Victorian building and is accessed through a pretty side entrance with a well-kept hallway and staircase leading up to the flat on the second floor. The front door gives access to a hallway with a door to the spacious bathroom comprising panel enclosed bath with shower above and folding glass screen, pedestal basin, heated towel rail, low-level w.c, wall mounted mirror-fronted unit and part-tiled walls.
