58 Winram Place: This excellent mid-terraced villa is positioned in a quiet and popular residential area.  Within a close walk of many local amenities including the Lade Braes, Morrisons, schools, hospital and doctors' surgery. The town centre of St Andrews is easily accessible through the Lade Braes, with its university, main shopping centre, beaches, golf courses and restaurants.

The property is presented in good decorative order and benefits from gas fired central heating backed up with double glazing throughout and insulation. At ground floor level is the spacious lounge which is positioned to the front of the property.  The lounge has plenty of space for TV/sofa area and dining room table for 6.    

The kitchen is well fitted with modern units and integrated oven and hob and floored with vinyl. A further window looks to the back garden.
