" Roxburghe Avenue is a traditional cul-de-sac off Chaplin Road and this fine looking semi-detached house has family sized accommodation, three bedrooms, off road parking space and a good modern kitchen and bathroom.

The house has gas central heating from a combi boiler. Upvc double glazing and a magnificent open plan lounge and dining room which runs from the front of the property to the rear.

The private rear garden is a manageable size and we are instructed that those items remaining within the property can remain for the use of the next tenant and be excluded from the letting or can be removed by the Landlord.
