A deceptively spacious extended family home with a very large rear garden in need of modernisation throughout. This three bedroom end of terrace family home benefits from an extended kitchen, gas radiator central heating, and UPVC double glazing. On entering the property, there are stairs rising to the first floor and a door leading through to the lounge. Off the lounge, there is an open plan kitchendining room with a range of wall and base units with ample worksurface space, inset hob, built under oven, space for white goods, and access to the rear garden. There is a separate utility with plumbing for a washing machine and space for white goods separate wc. Off the first floor landing, there are three good size bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside, there are front and side gardens with a garage (no driveway) and a very large rear garden. No upward chain.

This method of auction requires both parties to complete the transaction within 56 days of the draft contract for sale being received by the buyerβ€˜s solicitor.
