" This four bedroom semi-detached Victorian town house is situated within close proximity of Bridgend town centre.

The entrance hall with original staircase leading to the first floor landing, timber panelled walling, ornate coving to ceiling and doorways leading off to the three reception rooms. The lounge is fitted with a PVCU double glazed bay window to front, ornate coving to ceiling, picture rail, open fire place with ornate surround and natural hearth.
