Location

Cottingley has local shops, schooling and public houses. The area is approximately two to three miles away from Bingley town centre where there are further amenities including a small market, swimming pool, local shops including a supermarket, bars and restaurants, local schools and medical centre. The area is popular for visitors who visit the Five Rise Locks Canal and the Yorkshire Moors. There are nice walks through the St Ives Estate Country Park, Myrtle Park and Airedale Valley. The Bingley Bypass gives access to Skipton, Keighley and Bradford. There are railway stations in both Bingley and Crossflats.
