" INTRODUCTION This first floor two bedroom maisonette is located in Midanbury close to local shops and amenities and within walking distance of Bitterne Secondary School and conveniently located for access to the motorway network and local train stations.

This property is well presented throughout and briefly comprises a small porch, hallway, lounge, fitted kitchen, two bedroom and a bathroom. Additional benefits include a private garden and two off road parking spaces. An internal viewing comes highly recommended. 

INSIDE The property is approached via an external staircase which leads to a porch and then through into the hallway. The hallway has doors opening to all rooms and a built-in storage cupboard. The lounge has a window to the rear of the property and a feature fireplace. The modern kitchen is fitted with a range of white wall and base units with cupboards and drawers under. There is a sink unit and space for a cooker and fridge.

DIRECTIONS From our office in Hedge End head out of the village along Upper Northam Road and at the roundabout take the second exit onto Charles Watts Way. At the next roundabout take the fourth exit onto Moorhill Road and continue along for a short distance turning left into West End Road. Continue along to the bottom of the road and at the roundabout take the second exit onto Mousehole Lane. Follow the road down the hill and at the bottom turn right onto Witts Hill Road. Follow the road up the hill and the property can be found on the left hand side.  "
