" Harrison Murray have the pleasure in bringing to the market this extended three bedroomed semi detached home located within the sought after village of Thurlaston. The property is located on the Enderby Road within a mile of Enderby and close to major road networks. The property in brief comprises entrance lobby, ground floor WC, extended dining room, integral garage, extended (to over seven metres in length) lounge, breakfast kitchen, three double bedrooms and four piece bathroom, and off road parking. To the outside of the property is a mature private rear garden with paved patio area leading onto a further patio which then leads to a laid lawn, mature pebbled borders with trees and hedges, shed, outside tap, paved access to the side leading to the front where there is a laid lawn, and driveway having off road parking.
