" Situated on a popular residential road close to a wide variety of amenities and good schools is this semi-detached home, which is the ideal choice for families or couples. The property is bright and spacious throughout affording over 1000 sq ft with well-proportioned living space. Internally the home is somewhat dated and would benefit from cosmetic modernisation, making it the ideal project for renovation.
