Agents Note Bedroom 3 Hobby Room was converted from the former garage of Blue Haze, and could be incorporated into the existing living space subject to consents and approval. Whilst the conversion was undertaken some years ago, we understand that the current vendor is applying for retrospective building control consent, which is awaited. The bedroom itself has been run very successfully in recent times as an holiday let, which may suit certain buyers requirements or interests. Equally it would be well suited as a home office study, or as a separate annexe.
