Number 51 Sarno Square occupies a quiet private location within this magnificent Grade ll listed building; originally a hospital dating back to the 19th century, many of its period features remain, both within the apartments themselves, such as the windows and in the communal halls and landings some of the period tiling remains, whilst within the gardens and grounds many of the gazebo's and summerhouses are also still present.

The apartment itself comprises well proportioned accommodation, two bedrooms (master bedroom having en-suite shower room), separate bathroom, lounge and also a separate kitchen.  The majority of the apartments have a combined living room/kitchen configuration.  The gas heating system is run from a communal boiler.

The centre of Abergavenny is only a few hundred yards away whilst the Town's railway station is also only approximately a quarter of a mile walking distance from Sarno Square.
