SITUATION: Dia-Mar is situated in the Bowling Green area of Callington, within walking distance of all local amenities including the varied shopping centre and recently opened Tesco store, schools of repute, medical centre, churches, library and bus services. Callington itself is a small town situated in East Cornwall, approximately 10 miles from the larger towns of Launceston and Tavistock, and 14 miles from Plymouth city centre which is therefore within commuting distance via the Tamar Bridge at Saltash. The Kit Hill Country Park is within two miles of Callington, with its excellent walks, local landmarks and panoramic views. DIRECTIONS: From Callington town centre proceed down Church Street and turn left onto the Launceston Road. Follow Launceston Road for about 0.25 mile, and after passing the Community College, Dia-Mar will be found on the right hand side, where a For Sale board is clearly displayed.
