" Guide Price ?325,000 - ?350,000. Properties in The Weald very rarely come to the market, the current sellers have been in residence for some thirty years. The property is situated on a no through road just off Quantock Drive which is situated on the cusp of Ashford Town Centre. This detached house offers exciting potential, requiring some refurbishment, as a family home with good sized mature and secluded garden. From the entrance hall a dog leg staircase rises to the first floor. The lounge and dining room is open plan and the well equipped kitchen stretches across the back of the property with a side glazed door into the garden. There is a good range of neutral wall and base units with a built in gas hob and electric oven. There is plumbing and space for a washing machine, an inset stainless steel sink and ceramic floor tiling. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, two of which are double rooms.
