" If you are looking for a house with an annexe look no further! A semi detached house with a decent size garden, and ample off road parking, situated in the popular village of Kintbury. In the viillage there are village shops, doctor's surgery, primary school and railway station with trains to London (Paddington).
Accommodation comprises in the main house, hall, lounge with multi fuel stove, kitchen/diner, cloakroom. On the first floor a huge bedroom one, two further bedrooms, refitted shower room and further shower, and on the second floor a further bedroom. In the annexe there is a lounge (or sun room for main house), a bed sitting room, a shower room and kitchen. There is oil central heating and double glazing. Outside there is a garage and a decent size garden. If you don't want the annexe (which has its own entrance),  it could be incorporated into the main house. Its not often that a house with an annexe is available in this price range so early viewing recommended!!
