" We are pleased to market this detached, 4-bedroom, 1930-s bungalow located in quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Launceston. This deceptively large property includes off road parking for two vehicles, garage and distant views towards North Cornwall. The flexible accommodation could be reconfigured to satisfy a range of requirements and the loft space offers a fantastic opportunity for further development (STP).

Entering through the front door you are greeted by a long hall which runs the length of the property.
