" This very nicely presented 3 bedroom detached house is tucked away in a quiet corner at the end of a cul-de-sac on the ever popular Elvetham Heath, in Fleet.

The property has a large hallway with a turned staircase leading to the first floor and double doors opening into the living room. The double aspect living room has a large bay window and a fireplace fitted with gas/coal effect fire.

In the kitchen there is plenty of storage space as well as Neff fan oven, gas hob, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a door leading out to the rear garden.

Also off the hallway is a dining/family room with patio doors to the garden. There is a downstairs WC.
