" A great opportunity has risen to purchase this rarely available, spacious, three double bedroom converted ground floor apartment. Originally a Victorian house that has later been converted into three apartments with many attractive character features still remaining such as tall ceilings, feature fire place with tiled surround, beautiful sash windows and solid wood floors and throughout the property, (other than in the kitchen, W.C. and bathroom all of which have been tiled). A favourite feature of ours are the spacious rooms. The doors to every room are bare exposed wood each with brass door knobs. Another attractive feature of this property is that it has direct access to its own good size private rear garden from both the living room and kitchen. Occupying the whole of the ground floor means that there are three good double bedrooms, two of which have the original bay windows. The master suite is fully fitted with wardrobes and has an additional room which is intended for a very comfortable sized en suite shower room but is yet to be completed. The main bathroom is fully equipped with Victorian style roll top bath, W.C, basin and separate shower. There is an additional W.C. next to the bathroom. The kitchen consists of granite work surfaces with breakfast bar, integral appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine and many very useful storage cupboards, tiled flooring and built in American style fridge/freezer that is negotiable.

The cellar which is also a good size is currently used as a study. There is one officially allocated parking space with the property. Horsham train station, town centre and all its amenities are within close proximity to the property. This property is very unique and should be viewed to appreciate its size, space and fantastic location.

Horsham Town itself offers a variety of shops, restaurants and cafe's and benefits also from larger supermarkets. There are excellent private and state schools within the area. The sports facilities are also excellent in and around Horsham. Transport facilities are excellent with mainline direct to London and Bognor Regis. There is also easy access to the M23 and M25 and of course Gatwick Airport. The town itself is surrounded by the beautiful West Sussex Countryside.
