" A 3 bedroom link detached home in the village of Headcorn offering fantastic potential for future owners; different in layout to most 3 bedroom houses, the entrance door to the side which offers a less conventional layout - but arguably a more practical one.
There are 2 reception rooms on the ground floor, separated by spacious entrance hall. The lounge to one side, and a downstairs cloakroom. To the other is the dining room opening through to the kitchen, thoughtfully constructed, the single story extension which accommodates the kitchen makes excellent use of the space, while not restricting light to the dining area. On the first floor, the current owner has adjusted the layout to extend the bathroom by using excess space from the master bedroom allowing the insertion of a shower cubicle.
Externally the property boasts numerous options for improvement, currently the property has a single gated garage and a separate workshop to the side. However being on a corner plot there are further options to extend the property into this space, subject to obtainable planning permission. So much potential for those who would wish to improve the property or as a good sized family home without alteration we recommend to put this to the top of your viewing list.

What the Owner says:

It was a simple choice, the station, the schools, and the shops all on the doorstep. We wanted a family home in a nice area to raise children and this was ideal. We were ready to compromise because you have to be realistic but we really feel that we got everything that we wanted. We made some alterations, extending the kitchen 15 years ago, which gave us some extra space downstairs and the main bedroom was altered to make the bathroom bigger. Being a corner plot really appealed as it gave us lots of options. We thought about block paving the whole front area, or extending to the side as so many have done, but for us it simply wasn’t necessary. Its still has so much potential for the future.
