What the owner says: 'When we first moved here over 2 years ago, the property had been neglected for a long time, but we saw potential and especially enjoyed the sunny front room and sea views. Since then we've completely renovated, new boiler, electrics and added a second floor. We immediately fell in love with the area. Everything you need is within a short walk: Butcher, baker, greengrocer, off licence, hairdresser, toy shop, great cafes and pubs, not to mention the open green spaces. There's a lovely community feel and once a year the neighbours get together for a street party. Our girls love the local schools and we are hoping to stay in the area.'
