" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Situated in the heart of Tivoli, this classic Victorian house has flexible and spacious accommodation with good quality kitchen and bathrooms. Accommodation as follows:

The front door leads into a long entrance hallway with stairs to the first floor at the far end.

To the left of the hallway is the front living room. This room which is carpeted has a working open fire place and measures 12'1'' x 11'6'' approx.

The living room leads to the second reception which is semi open plan. This room would work as a TV room or formal dining room. It has oak flooring and measures 12'1'' x 10'

From this second reception room, access to the kitchen / breakfast room and the downstairs bathroom can be gained.

The recently fitted modern kitchen has gloss white units and solid hardwood work surfaces. Integrated appliance include an oven, grill, gas hob and extractor fan.
