Location
The Lilacs stands in a private location within its own grounds accessed via a private drive/track running from Brookhouse Lane. The property and setting offers a very good degree of privacy and borders open countryside whilst still being convenient for the facilities and amenities available within Bucknall and Werrington (approximately 1 mile) whilst Stoke on Trent and the A50 are within 4 miles.

Directions
From the A50 East of Stoke on Trent, take the A520 signposted Leek. Follow this road and having left the built up area, continue to the traffic lights at Cellarhead and turn left towards Werrington. Follow the road for approximately 2.5 miles and at the bottom of the hill, turn right into Brookhouse Lane. After approximately 600 yards, there is an unmade road on your left hand side (Fourth Avenue) and the driveway serving The Lilacs is immediately above this and runs parallel to it.
