The property is situated in a delightful semi-rural location and all the principal accommodation enjoy an outstanding outlook over the gardens and paddocks. The house offers light, spacious accommodation that is modern and stylishly presented. The front door open into an entrance hall with solid wood floors, which continues into the adjoining study, The dining room also leads off the hall and adjoins the sitting room, which has a feature fire place and double doors leading out to the patio and garden. Both reception rooms enjoy an open aspect from which takes in the whole plot. In addition there is a fully fitted modern walnut kitchen with black granite work surfaces and double aspect windows over looking the garden.
