The property occupies a lovely position with countryside views, sitting on a generous plot with mature gardens and also benefiting from a detached garage, a conservatory, dining room, modern fitted kitchen and three double bedrooms. Location
Chrishall is a beautiful and very popular village nestled in the countryside 12 miles south of Cambridge and 7.5 miles from the traditional market town of Saffron Walden. Within the village there is a church, The award winning Red Cow pub, which is the next oldest building after the church, a preschool, which adjoins the Primary school, a village hall and an adventure playground. Various clubs and societies such as a cricket club are run within the village giving it that quintessentially, English village feeling.
Secondary schooling is available in Melbourn and Saffron Walden, and the finest private schools in Cambridge are also within reach.
Mainline train stations can be found at Audley End (5.6miles), which reaches London Liverpool Street in around 50 minutes as does Whittlesford Parkway, which is 7.5 miles away. Royston (7 miles) has trains running to London King‘s Cross in around 35 minutes. There are also excellent road links to The M11 and A10.
