" A very well presented four bedroom detached bungalow which has been extended over the years to provide well proportioned and spacious accommodation. The large reception hall is a welcoming space with exposed wooden flooring with access through to a sitting room with a vaulted ceiling and wood burning stove. The kitchen/breakfast room has an extensive range of modern cream units with integrated appliances such as a 5 ring gas hob and electric oven, and high gloss tiled flooring. The main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and a modern en suite shower room. There is potential to extend further and create a self contained annexe if required, subject to planning consent.

Situation
The property is located in the village of Ewhurst at the foot of the beautiful Surrey Hills, which provide miles of open countryside ideal for walking, cycling and horse riding. The village has a strong community feel, with a local shop, pub, village hall, church, and a good nursery and infant school. Mapledrakes Close is a small cul-de-sac towards the end of a well established residential road.
