" LOCATION Set on the east side of Horsham, the property is within a short walk of Leechpool Woods and offers easy access to the A264 and junction 11 on the M23.

The property also benefits from being close to The Forest & Millais Secondary Schools both boasting excellent reputations. 

PROPERTY This purpose built three bedroom maisonette flows well and has excellent storage, including a loft. To the front of the property there is a storage cupboard underneath a covered entrance.
