DESCRIPTION

No 22 Rickmansworth Road is one of only four Dutch influenced detached properties that were originally constructed circa 1910. Retaining a great deal of character, the house now requires updating throughout.

In brief, the well proportioned accommodation includes timber framed Porch leading to Entrance Hall with under stairs cupboard, Cloakroom, Living Room, Dining Room, fitted Kitchen with a basic range of wall and floor units, and an outside lean-to leading to the rear garden.
