" Henrietta Gardens is a location second to none for quiet central living. The park is at the end of the street. The location is one street away from Great Pulteney Street and has the Holburne Museum and Sydney Gardens on the doorstep. Bath University is just over one mile away with regular bus rides from Bathwick Hill. Bath Spa train station is a one mile level walk. At the end of the street is a brilliant pub. The house is a gem offering lots of accommodation. There are four bedrooms with a bathroom upstairs. The rear looks towards the park and the trees. Downstairs there is living space all across the rear with a double door out to the garden. There is a kitchen to the front which houses the warm air heating system. From the wide hallway there is a downstairs WC and a door to the integrated garage. The rear garden is laid to patio and enclosed by fences and walls. There is parking to the front.
