" This light and airy detached family home is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular village of Hyde Heath. Built in 1975, the house has been extended in more recent years on the ground floor. The entrance hall has a large coat cupboard beside the front door and a study/TV room to the other side. The main reception room has been extended and has a generous dining area and sitting area with a vaulted ceiling including skylights and views to the well tended garden, which can be accessed through glazed sliding doors. The extension benefits from under floor heating. The kitchen has a range of contemporary units with Formica work surfaces. Space for appliances including a gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and an extractor fan. A door leads into the utility room with an additional sink, newly installed gas boiler, plumbing for a washing machine and a door to the exterior. There is a downstairs cloakroom with wc and hand basin. Stairs rise to the gallaried landing and bedrooms. The master bedroom has views to the rear garden, built in wardrobes and an en suite shower room. The remaining three double bedrooms all have built in wardrobes and share the family bathroom. There is also an airing cupboard and access to the loft via a pull down ladder.

Situation
Hyde Heath is a highly regarded village in the Chilterns, offering a village store, infant school and a local pub overlooking the common and cricket pitch. Situated approximately 2.5 miles away is the popular market town of Amersham, which provides a wide range of shopping facilities and local amenities together with a library and a leisure centre with indoor pool. The area is renowned for the high standard of its education with both state and private schools in the vicinity. Admission criteria is found on the council website www.buckscc.gov.co.uk. Amersham station provides Metropolitan Line trains to Baker Street and The City, also the Chiltern line to Marylebone. There is convenient access to the M25, M40, M1 and M4 motorways and airports.
