" Westbank is an attractive and well proportioned detached bungalow enjoying a non estate location within the attractive Village of Washington. The accommodation is surprisingly spacious and includes a triple aspect sitting room and three double bedrooms. The large kitchen diner stretches across the rear of the property and is fitted with wood grain finished cupboard and drawer units with contrasting work surfaces over. With spaces for appliances and a tall larder cupboard storage is no problem, whilst at the dining end of the room there's plenty of space for a table for dinner parties and mealtimes.

The principle bedroom includes extra deep wardrobes and an en-suite shower room, with the remaining two bedrooms served by the main shower room which is large enough to accommodate a bath if desired.
The bungalow is approached by a driveway providing parking for several cars and leading to the integral garage. The remainder of the front garden is lawned which slopes down towards a heather bed with a stone retaining wall on the roadside.

Washington is an attractive Downland village, set within the South Downs National Park. The highly regarded first school and Windlesham House prep school are also within the Village. The neighbouring villages of Storrington and Steyning to the west and east respectively, offer a good range of shops and amenities, together with a wide variety of sports and social clubs. The larger towns of Horsham and Worthing are easily accessed from the A24 and are approximately 15 and 8 miles respectively.
