" Built in the early 1960s, this family house has twice been extended, firstly in the late 70s to enhance the size of the kitchen and then again in the 80's, on two storeys, to create an L-shaped lounge/dining room and bedroom above. Subsequently, it now presents very well proportioned living and bedroom accommodation. The principal reception room is a large L-shaped room with an attractive open fireplace with fitted fireguard which will create a lovely cosy feel in the colder months. Within the square of the L shape is a further reception room. This room was built as an office and whilst integral to the main fabric of the house is only accessible via an external door. It would however be, straightforward to knock a doorway or opening into the living room if so desired. The kitchen/breakfast room, as described, has been extended with the kitchen area fitted with a range of wood laminate units with spaces for cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Off a good sized entrance hall is a downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs, to the first floor landing, off which are the four bedrooms, all of which would afford a double bed quite comfortably. The master bedroom has a wall of fitted mirror fronted wardrobes, windows taking in the view of woodland, whilst a door leads to its own en-suite shower room fitted with a WC, handbasin, bidet and tiled shower cubicle. This room can also be accessed from the landing. There is, of course, a full family bathroom suite.

The house is heated via gas central heating to radiators and the windows are double glazed with sealed units. "
