" You will find this fantastic 3 bedroom semi detached nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in Broadstairs. The road itself is a perfect spot to buy a family home as there is no passing traffic. Therefore it is a peaceful and safe environment for children or pets.
If that was not enough to convince you then, maybe the fact it is well within the catchment area for the popular Broadstairs schools will.Once inside the property it is easy to appreciate the large lounge and the heat coming from the well placed feature fireplace.

Local amenities and schools are on the bus route so even if you do not drive, you can easily get around.We have made the property nice and modern and ready for a new family to move in and not to have to do a thing.
