" A detached three bedroom bungalow with mellowed stone and brick elevations, situated on the edge of Storrington and set in attractive gardens of approximately 0.3 of an acre.

Westholm is well presented and offers bright accommodation which extends to just over 1,600 sq ft of internal floor space, including the garage. A particular feature is the 26ft kitchen/breakfast room with exposed beams and a pine farmhouse kitchen which was hand crafted by the previous owners. Outside there are attractive gardens which surround the property and offer seclusion.

Storrington village offers a good range of shops and other amenities, whilst Pulborough with its main line station to London/Victoria is about five miles to the West. The larger centres of Worthing and Horsham are about seven and fourteen miles respectively. Sullington Warren, which is owned by the National Trust, is nearby and ideally suitable for dog walking.
