A lovely two-bedroom semi-detached true bungalow situated in a sought after location within the village of Huntington. The property is well presented throughout and offers well-appointed accommodation and a sunny south facing rear garden.  

The bungalow is accessed from a door at the side of the property and opens to a hallway leading to the reception rooms and bedrooms. The lounge is situated towards the front of the property and offers well proportioned space with ample room for both sitting room furniture as well as a dining table.  

The kitchen is at the rear of the property and therefore has a pleasant outlook onto the garden. There is a series of wall and base units with space for all appliances including the oven which is built in along with an electric hob and extractor over.

The two bedrooms are both double rooms and share a modern white house bathroom suite.
