A fine and substantial semi-detached house built in 1926 enjoying gardens that extend to almost a third of an acre. The accommodation has been thoughtfully extended to create spacious and practical family living space. Much of the original character has been retained including deep curved bay windows, panelled walls and doors, and floor tiling. The tasteful improvements have been designed to compliment the original character.


To the ground floor is a charming entrance hallway, with a cosy study area, leading to the two large principal reception rooms at the front. The fabulous extended kitchen/dining room has French doors and windows opening onto the wonderful rear aspect.
